Basic requirements to register on the PFMS Portal

The candidates must be fulfilling the basic requirements given below to register him/herself on the PFMS portal

  • He/she must be a citizen of India 
  • The annual income of the family of the candidate should not be more than 6 lakhs.
  • He/she should have at least passed 10th standard
  • The candidate should be in the age range of 18-25.

How to apply for Scholarship Scheme on the Portal?

If you are eligible for the Scholarship schemes provided by the Indian Govt. then just follow the simple steps given below to apply for your desired scholarship scheme.

  • Visit the Scholarship schemes section of the PFMS portal from here.
  • You will get the list of all the scholarship schemes available on this page select accordingly. You can read the details and check your eligibility from the option given there as shown in the image given below
  • After going through all the details you need to click on student registration and you will be able to create your account on the portal.
  • Further, you can select from the available scholarship schemes and provide the required details for application such as your educational background and some personal details.
  • Then you will have to provide the financial details like your bank account number and IFSC code for branch verification.
  • You will also have to upload some documents required for the registration, the list of required documents is given below.
